feels good going on and great for after a bit of sun; dries a little sticky

I ordered these because I rarely meet a toner pad that I don't want to try. I love the whole ritual of grabbing a pad with the little tweezer, applying the toner, and then letting the pads rest on my cheeks as little mini-masks. When I feel a little overheated or over-sun-exposed but don't have time to do a whole hydrogel masks, toner pads are the next best thing. These pads are soft and strong, with a side that has a very gently exfoliating texture similar to that of a regular cotton pad, and a side that feels thinly gel-coated. They are saturated with enough toner, but not so much that they are a dripping mess. The gel side adheres well to skin so they work well for mini-masking.These pads have a scent that, to me, is light and a bit fruity-green. It does not smell overpowering to me and doesn't linger so much as to be irritating.I took off one star because the toner does dry a bit tacky/sticky, at least on my normal-to-dry skin. I would consider myself very sensitive to texture when it comes to skincare, though, so this may not be an issue for most.Overall I really like these for a cooling, soothing treat after working out or working outdoors all day.

soothing, comforting

The texture is very gel-like, reminding me of nopales, aloe vera, etc., which of course makes sense. It's not really a toner pad, but more of a face mask, IMO.They feel sooo good on my skin, especially after time out in the sun. They feel cool and refreshing, and they're hydrating. There's a lot of product on the pads. This was my first time using pads like these, but I'm a definite convert to them now. I will be getting these again.I have sensitive skin, and these sooth it.If you're sensitive to scent, these may be a little overpowering at first. It smells like nopales mixed with cucumber.they're an excellent value for the price! I'm going to check out other products in this brand.

Instant Skin Reset in a Pad

These toner pads have quickly become one of my favorite skincare routines. They’re insanely refreshing, convenient and fun -- like an instant cool-down for your face, especially when my skin feels puffy, irritated, or just simply off. All you have to do is just apply the pads and wipe them across the face, and watch your face glow! The jelly side is super soothing and hydrating, and I love leaving it on for a few minutes like a mini mask. It legit feels like a quick skin reset. The dual sides are actually useful. I’ll use the toner side to gently swipe and smooth things out, then go in with the jelly side to calm everything down. My skin always looks more even, less red, and noticeably smoother after. I love that I can just put the pads on my face and go about my business -- getting kids ready for school in the morning, cleaning kitchen at night while getting ready for bed... you don't need to set time aside and in just about 5-10 minutes your skin feels healthy and glowy.I’ve also noticed my pores look less obvious, especially around my nose and cheeks, probably because of that cooling effect. And, the best part -- it doesn’t leave any sticky or heavy feeling behind, just fresh, balanced skin.If your skin gets congested or sensitive easily, these are 100% worth trying. They are gentle enough to use twice a day, there are 60 pads, and it's a little over twenty bucks which is a great value. Easy 5 stars from me.

Refreshing, Hydrating Toner Pads That Calm Skin and Fit Easily Into Any Routine

I’m 52, post-menopausal, with dry and increasingly sensitive skin, and toner pads are something I use almost every day. I’ve tried many Korean toner pad brands over time — including Dr. Melaxin, Medicube, Biodance, VT, Torriden and others — so I have a good sense of what makes a pad really work well versus ones that are just average. These Dr. Melaxin Cactox Pore Relief Jelly Toner Pads turned out to be a very nice addition to that rotation. The first thing I noticed is the texture of the pads themselves. They’re soft, well saturated, and have that slightly jelly-like feel that helps them glide easily across the skin without dragging. There’s plenty of essence in the container, so the pads feel properly soaked rather than dry or thin. What stands out most is how cooling and calming they feel on the skin. When applied, they give a refreshing sensation that’s especially nice in the morning when the face can look a little puffy or tired. The cactus-focused formula seems designed to hydrate and soothe, and my skin definitely feels comfortable and refreshed after using them.I like to use toner pads in a few different ways, and these work well for all of them. Sometimes I swipe them across the face as a quick toning step after cleansing. Other times I leave them on certain areas for a minute or two like a mini sheet mask, especially around the cheeks or areas that feel dry or slightly irritated. In terms of results, these pads help the skin feel hydrated, smooth, and calm, which makes the rest of the skincare routine absorb more nicely. They’re not harsh, overly exfoliating, or drying — something I especially appreciate with mature skin. Instead, they focus more on hydration, soothing, and general skin comfort.Compared to some other toner pads that can feel very active or heavily exfoliating, these feel more balanced and skin-friendly, which makes them easy to use regularly without worrying about irritation.Overall, if you enjoy Korean toner pads and want something that’s hydrating, refreshing, and gentle enough for daily use, these are a really solid option. They’re well saturated, soothing on the skin, and fit nicely into an everyday skincare routine.

Wonderful toner pads with two textures, excellent product line!

I ordered the Dr. Melaxin Cactox Pore Relief Jelly Toner Pads because this is the skincare line I use, but I had not seen these before. I love how they feel, they aren't typical toner pads, they are quite thick, with one side having a texture to help exfoliate, and the other side is smooth to prep your skin with the toner for your skin care routine. It comes with small clear plastic tweezers so you can separate them easily, but my one complaint is that the seal is supposed to just tear off in a circular pattern, but the plastic was so tight I had to end up cutting it down. Not a huge thing, just a mild annoyance.I would absolutely recommend and reorder these!

Cooling and reduces the appearance of pores

I ordered the Dr. Melaxin Cactox Pore Relief Jelly Toner Pads because my skin hates me in the winter. The cold air, indoor heating, and lack of moisture leave my nose and cheeks looking like my pores have doubled in size. The pads are incredibly saturated with essence. There is supposed to be an exfoliating side and a jelly side but they are so drenched it is hard to tell them apart, which tells you just how generous they are with the product. When you first apply them there is some dripping, but it stays on your face rather than dripping everywhere, so it is not messy or difficult to manage. Once settled they stay wet the entire time. I've left them on for more than ten minutes and even thirty minutes and they don't dry. The cooling effect is immediate and really pleasant. The ingredients include Parfum/Fragrance at a moderate level. It appears in the middle of the ingredient list. The scent itself is not perfumey at all. It's a fresh, natural cactus scent, but it is definitely noticeable and not subtle. If you are fragrance sensitive this is worth knowing. I didn't experience irritation even though my skin is sensitive.I used two pads and kept repositioning them to cover more area (forehead, nose, cheeks) and noticed a visible reduction in pore size and redness afterward. The ingredient list is also impressive, packed with multiple forms of hyaluronic acid and peptides.Honestly these are more convenient than a traditional sheet mask. No struggling to position it, no dripping on the floor, and you can move the pads around as needed. At $0.31 per pad for 60 pads this is excellent value.

Hydrating

I really like the convenience of using toner pads. It's so nice to have pre-soaked pads that are easy to grab, ready to use. Since I've had a really good experience with quite a few different products from Dr. Melaxin at this point, I wanted to give these a try.The weather is still pretty cold where I live right now and my skin has definitely been more dry than usual so I'm trying to incorporate more hydrating products into my routine. These particular pads are supposed to not only be moisturizing but also pore-refining (which I can always use). So far my experience with these has been very positive; I haven't experienced any irritation from using them and while I haven't noticed a huge change in the appearance of my pores, these are definitely very hydrating and they leave my skin with a subtle glow. It's a pretty large tub so they're going to last me a while and I think it's a good value. I'm really enjoying these and they're working out well for my skin so far

Cooling Toner Pads: Hydrating, Soothing & Jelly Texture for Puffed, Tired Skin

These toner pads feel less like a quick swipe step and more like a little treatment moment, especially if your skin is feeling warm, puffy, or just off. From the first use, the cooling sensation stands out right away. It has that refreshing, calming feel that works really well in the morning or after being out in the Florida heat, when your skin just needs something soothing to bring it back to neutral.I’ve been using these consistently for about five weeks now, and what keeps me reaching for them is how hydrating they feel. My skin leans dehydrated, especially around the under-eye area, and these leave everything feeling soft, comfortable, and lightly refreshed without that tight or stripped feeling some toner pads can give. There’s also a subtle “awake” look afterward where my skin just seems a bit smoother and more even. The pads themselves are very saturated, which honestly makes them feel more luxurious than your average toner pad. One pad holds plenty of product, and I usually have enough to cover my face and even bring it down onto my neck. They do feel a little more “jelly-like” than expected at first, but that’s part of what makes them stand out. One side glides smoothly and feels almost like a mini sheet mask when you press it onto the skin, while the other has a bit of texture if you want a gentle exfoliating pass.I’ve actually been using them more like targeted mini masks than just wiping and tossing. I’ll press a few onto my cheeks or forehead and leave them for several minutes, then move them around before smoothing everything in. It’s a small step up from a basic toner, but it makes the whole experience feel more like skincare rather than just routine. In terms of results, I’d keep expectations grounded. The cooling effect can help reduce that morning puffiness and give a slightly more refined look, but it’s not a dramatic pore-tightening treatment. It’s more about your skin looking calmer, fresher, and better hydrated in the moment. The main thing to consider is the scent. It’s noticeable and leans fresh and slightly botanical, but not everyone is going to love it. Since my skin can be sensitive depending on the formula, I’m always cautious with fragrance, especially near the eye area. I didn’t personally have irritation, but if you know your skin is reactive to scent, this could go either way for you.Overall, these feel like a toner pad and mini mask hybrid that leans heavily into hydration and soothing rather than exfoliation. They’re especially nice for warmer climates, post-sun skin, or mornings when your face feels a little puffy or tired. If you enjoy a more treatment-style toner step, these are an easy one to work into your routine without feeling heavy or complicated.

Cooling and Hydrating

These Dr. Melaxin Cactox Pore Relief Jelly Toner Pads are such a unique product in a sea of ordinary skincare products. The jelly texture immediately reminded me of aloe, which makes them perfect after a day in the sun. They feel cooling the moment they touch my skin, and that soothing effect is exactly what I want when my face feels warm or puffy. The pads are generously saturated without being messy. The gel side clings nicely to the skin if I want to leave it on like a mask. They give my skin a nice boost of hydration and never cause irritation, which is important for me since my skin can be sensitive. I appreciate that they feel calming, so they’re easy to work into my skincare routine whenever I need something refreshing. For me, they’re a perfect option when I want something cooling, hydrating, and simple to use, especially after a day in the sun. One pad is plenty to treat my entire face. At the current price of $22, each treatment costs $0.37, which feels like a good value to me.

Definitely reduced the puffiness of my face. I will say I also bought the stick, and I love it just as well. Probably more.

I really like this one!!

When I opened the jar I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness and coolness of the pads. It felt amazing going on. My skin is very red and reactive, so this was a nice calming addition and did not irritate my skin further. I'll be using these for a few weeks to make sure I don't get a reaction (I do a lot, due to sensitive reactive skin) and if all is good, I'll be adding to my permanent routine!!

Hydrating and leaves your skin baby soft!

The only word I keep coming up with to describe these is MOIST. They are so moist but in the best way. I love pads like this because its so simple to just use them and toss them when you're done but so often they feel dry or like they aren't doing what they should because they don't have enough product on them - totally not the case here. These jelly toner pads are sopping wet and will drench your face with product and I love them. The pads are large and have enough product on them that I always do my neck and upper chest too, just because I can, and I love how moisturizing and hydrating they are. They have a jelly toner so they have a bit of a slimy feel to them which I love because it leaves a fantastic texture on your skin that rubs in really well and leaves your skin feeling so baby soft. I'm a huge fan of how my skin feels after using these and letting the product soak in and will definitely be getting more. Highly recommend!

Smaller pores

I love these toner pads. So easy to fit into my routine too since I'm just replacing my toner step. I seen this brand all over the internet and thought it was hype but they really work. My pores definitely have improved over the last few weeks. Will be purchasing again.

Goopy jelly texture ...

These Dr. Melaxin brand "Cactox" pore relief jelly toner pads are cooling and refreshing. Then pads are on the gooey side with a lot of product. The application process is more like a face mask and as the product sets you are supposed to wipe it off but also smooth it into the skin. Unfortunately, this makes these far more work than I had expected. I thought these would be easy to use and convenient, but this process is kind of a pain. I do like the cooling feel of these and I would love the product if I thought that it was presented as a facial mask pad versus a toner. As a toner pad, it is not convenient at all.

Cooling pads that feel really nice

I’ve been liking these toner pads so far! The gel side feels really cooling and soothing on my skin, especially in the morning. They’re also nice when my face feels a little puffy or hot.The pads themselves are pretty saturated and the jelly texture is interesting. One side has the thicker gel layer and the other side is more like a regular toner pad. I usually press the gel side onto my skin for a bit and then wipe with the other side.Ingredient wise they lean more toward hydrating and soothing. I saw there’s things like cactus extract, humectants, and even adenosine in the formula. My skin definitely feels refreshed and lightly hydrated after using them!I don’t really have large pores so I can’t say much about the pore tightening claims. That isn’t something I personally notice or look for. I just like how cooling and calming they feel on my skin. One small detail I like is that they include tweezers in the jar. It makes it easy to grab a pad without digging my fingers into the container / contaminating the pads.

Hydrating Toner Pads That Made My Skin Look Smoother.

As someone who truly cares about my skin and keeping it well nourished, I am always looking for products that help it stay smooth and soft. One of my favorite skincare discoveries has been Dr. Melaxin’s toner pads. They are wonderful and have become a regular part of my routine. After a nice shower and cleansing my face, I apply the pads and let them work their magic. They contain cactus mucilage, which is great for the skin and offers benefits similar to snail mucin when it comes to hydration and soothing. After about a month of consistent use, my skin felt less puffy and my pores looked more refined. Dr. Melaxin has definitely become an important part of my skincare routine and a product I think many people would enjoy adding to theirs.

Cooling Toner Pads That Feel Refreshing and Hydrating

Over the past year I’ve been trying quite a few products from Dr. Melaxin, and I’ve ended up liking most of what I’ve tried. So when I saw these cactus-based toner pads in the same Cactox line, I figured they’d be worth adding into my routine to see how they compared to other toner pads I’ve used. The main thing I notice with these is the cooling effect. The first time I used one I actually paused for a second because it felt surprisingly refreshing. Not the intense menthol kind of cooling, just a gentle chilled feeling that wakes your skin up a bit. I tend to get some puffiness in the mornings, so using one of these after washing my face feels really nice. The pads themselves are well saturated without being dripping wet, which I appreciate. Some toner pads can feel dry or rough, but these glide easily across the skin and leave a light layer of hydration behind. My skin feels refreshed and soft afterward instead of tight or stripped.I’ve mostly been using them in the morning, but they’re also nice when my skin just feels a little tired or puffy. The cactus ingredient caught my attention because I’ve used cactus-based skincare before and noticed it helped with hydration, and these seem to deliver that same lightweight moisture. One thing I like is that they’re simple and easy to use. Just grab a pad, swipe across your face, and you’re done. No extra steps, no fuss. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want in a skincare routine. At around $22 for 60 pads, the price feels pretty reasonable for a product that’s both convenient and pleasant to use. If you already like Dr. Melaxin products or enjoy cooling toner pads in your routine, these are definitely worth trying. They’re refreshing, hydrating, and an easy little step that makes skincare feel a bit more enjoyable.
