1. Cleanse the face and apply toner.
2. Use the included spatula to remove two patches.
3. Place one patch under each eye.
4. Adjust the patches so they sit comfortably over the desired areas.
5. Leave on for approximately 20 minutes.
6. Remove gently.
7. Pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed.
8. No rinsing is required.
9. Follow with eye cream or moisturizer if desired.
