This is my first time trying EQQUALBERRY, and I ordered both the Vitamin Illuminating Toner and the matching serum to see how they’d fit into my current routine. The good news is that it definitely works in terms of hydration and glow. My skin looks more luminous after using it, and it gives that fresh, prepped feel that makes you want to skip straight to sunscreen and call it a day. It also feels gentle enough for daily use.That said, I’m still figuring out the best way to incorporate it because I’m a big “layer several products” person, and this one can lean sticky or tacky depending on what I put on top. On lighter routine days it’s great, but when I stack multiple serums or richer moisturizers, it’s not always the smoothest finish. The price feels pretty market-average for a vitamin C and niacinamide toner, and I do think it has potential, I just need to play around a bit more to find the best product pairings so it stays comfortable and not clingy.
