The NINE LESS MELA-PRO Rice & TXA Toner is a brightening and hydrating toner formulated with Rice Extract and Tranexamic Acid (TXA) to fade dark spots, even out skin tone, and boost radiance. This lightweight, non-sticky formula gently exfoliates and nourishes the skin while strengthening the skin barrier.
