I purchased this product and it waz shipped out and delivered on time and with care. I used it right away and I want to give a detailed description about this item I received. I washed my face and I put a good amount on my face and it felt cool on the skin and right away you can feel it working. Rubbing it on the skin feels pretty good and than you start to feel a prickly feeling the more you work it into the skin, it doesn't hurt, it just feels like if you got fiberglass on the skin and you only feel that when touching the skin otherwise you wouldn't feel anything. A lil time went by and my skin started to get a slight sunburn look, it's exactly the same feeling as when you use dermaroller or stamp. It really is a needle less product and does the very same thing. Skin will feel warm cause blood is coming up to the skin which you want, to receive younger looking skin. It's plumping and the pores shrink and skin really looks amazing as it's working. The prickly feeling lasts throughout the night till next day and you wake up with a glow which feels good cause that's what we're looking for being age 53. I also added the medicube jelly collagen cream to give it an extra boost of hydration and adding the collagen it helps getting directly into the skin and the 2 together work wonders! This product helps us to deliver other products deeper into the skin so using the 2 is like a powerful regimen together! You will love the results. I used red light therapy to help as well and the 3 together makes the skin look amazing as well! It seems the more you touch your skin, the more you're allowing the product to work actively. Think of it as dermarolling and adding in serum as well as the red light therapy only the dermaroller has needles. I've used many products throughout time and dermaroller has given me the best results and these products here give exactly the same results only i love the outcome much better! I will continue using these products and highly recommend them to everyone who truly wants to get their glow back and look years younger in such a short time. My only regret is waiting to purchase these products but now I have them and plan on purchasing more. The night time mask is next. I compare this to frownies but much better due to me not ripping the patches from the skin and the mask is less invasive and works exactly the same, you're not missing any part of the skin when be able to apply it all over the face. I can't wait till I can update this after a couple of months of using these products. I had to explain in detail due to comments I've seen about how much it hurt cause it was the reason it took me longer to purchase this. It doesn't hurt and I hope you purchase it and try it cause I know you won't regret it at all. You'll be smiling cause as we age, our bodies change and I know I lost the natural glow i used to have and it's all back thanks to these products!! Thank you medicube for amazing products!! So I’m definitely a beginner who bought the 7,500 thinking I checked 2,000 lol. But, I believe it worked out for the best because my skin needs some help. I have very sensitive skin, and on top of that I also have rosacea which makes it very hard to find products that work and don’t irritate my skin. Yes this product is a form of micro needling, but it didn’t irritate my skin at all surprisingly! It definitely feels like tiny pieces of fiber glass but it’s not painful by any means. I’ve only used it once so far but I can already tell my skin is starting to look a bit smoother. So, for those of you who have sensitive skin like me, don’t be afraid to try this.🫶 (I will update once I’ve used it for a bit longer!)

NGL I wasn't expecting much. I'm 43 with super sensitive combo skin. I've also smoked for most of my adult life, trying to quit, and have a ton of those small lines around my mouth. I used this for the first time last night. All i did was wash with cetaphil sensitive face wash, the serum, then the Medicube collagen gel moisturizer. Very little stinging and no pain from the serum. Anyhow, woke up and had to do a double take after looking at my reflection. The lines are still there, of course, it's not magic. However, the skin was more plump around my mouth, making them less apparent. I will keep using it and do another review after a month, but I'm already sold. This product is definitely worth a try, so sayeth this hard to please millennial.

In love after first use… but please read!I know my skin, I’m not sensitive and I have done many lasers, peels and micro needling treatments. I felt confident starting with the 7,500 and am happy I did. I do feel a slight needle like feelings when applying, nothing I couldn’t tolerate and no redness. I actually enjoyed it! Woke up with tighter pores on my cheeks which was shocking! I have combo/oily skin and my pores don’t really ever shrink, but were much less noticeable! Definitely recommend trying this, but if you aren’t as understanding on what your skin can handle, I’d start with the lower dose to be safe!

So I did a lot of research on PDRN and exosomes before purchasing and I’m very happy with this product for its price point and its effectiveness! Some things I learned about PDRN and exosomes that might help you make a decision. 1. PDRN and exosomes are new to us in the states but have been used in products for many years in other countries. 2. Being it is new here, marketing teams are really trying to get away with anything and the most common ploy is that you need a special formula or delivery system for them to penetrate the skin. The thing is that PDRN is already small enough to penetrate the skin and exosomes don’t need to. They don’t Need microneedling, or liposomes, or fake needle tech to do it. They work great at the surface level. 3. These ingredients are also very stable and not finicky and don’t oxidize or degrade quickly or need specialized like PH specific formulations to deliver them, so you shouldn’t ever pay a lot to get them. As long as they are not blocked by an occlusive they are going to work. 4. All serums are mostly equal in that they all work at the surface level. PDRN can be more effective at deeper levels but that can only be acheived through microneedling or medical applications. A “shot” like this one with that spicule fake needle tech works slightly better because it allows for More surface level penetration, but it’s not truly a deeper level treatment like it kind of hints at. Having said all of that, I just enjoy really the feeling of it working although I know it’s surface and it is better then a regular serum so this is still a winner in my book! It is an all around great choice at a great price point so I see no reason to ever change it up! It will also be fun to just try out the different “needle” levels too. It’s novel, but it gets me!

Okay, this one you definitely feel! This powerhouse really gets your skin on edge (as it’s intended to do.) I’m thinking there’s not much in the little applicator (and you can’t tell at all) but a little goes a long way! This one I use for areas that need extra umpth to get my skin moving. Is it miconeedling in a bottle? Maybe! Time will tell if it actually works like micro needles. Have high hopes. Only use this one once a week. It definitely tingles!

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this serum genuinely caught me off guard in the best way. I already love Medicube and have used several of their products, so I trusted the brand. I have dry, mature skin and mild rosacea. Ive been using this 2x a week for a month. Ive had a huge reduction in redness, far less papules and pustules. I also use Anuna's azelaic acid, but adding this took my skin to the next level. Ive also noticed my skin is brighter.I would rate how the spicules feel from slightly annoying to mild discomfort and it doesnt last long; maybe 10 minutes or so. I wouldn't say it's painful because that would be an exaggeration. Certainly nothing so terrible that I would stop using it, and I really massage it into my skin. I dont use it under makeup and I dont use any strong actives with it bc of the exsomes. I seal everything in with Eucerin Repair Cream and face oil (it's winter time in the northeastern US, and I have VERY dry skin). Haven't had any problems.My routine includes skin flooding, so I can't speak to the hydration abilities of this product alone. It does have exosomes, HA, glycerin, glycols, and ceramides, some of which are high in the ingredient list, so it should be highly hydrating. There's no scent, but I do find it a tad bit sticky at first but it goes away. The consistency is thicker; something like gel, but not thick like hair gel.I think you'll be very happy with this product if you're battling redness. It has worked beautifully for me, so Im really satisfied. The spicules aren't that bad; Im glad I tried it out.

Im obsessed with this PDRN. it gives a light sting and I love that. It brings out a natural glow. I apply at night, obviously.. so it compliments my skin routine and helps plump and hydrate. It has been a great addition. And I love medicube..I dont notice a scent, so thats a bonus to me. Its not sticky, it absorbs rather quickly.. a small drop is all thats needed for each face section and neck. Great product and great price

Very effective - but stings. The reason for the “prickly” feel is because the skin barrier is compromised, but the sensation fades quickly. Doesn’t leave a sticky residue, is thinner in consistency, and it’s more easily absorbed. Highly recommend!

Wish I would have taken a before picture to post...it's that good!! The fine lines I'm getting as I age do not bother me....but I have noticed my pores getting larger and my skin a bit duller in general and for some reason I don't like that. This is amazing and I noticed a difference in the first week of use. The tingly feeling is definitely noticeable for me and I love it! I did purchase this while on sale, but I think that the cost listed today (1/14/26, $21.99) is still a great price. This falls in line with all of the other Medicube products I have purchased....great quality and great price. I will definitely be keeping my eye out for future sales to stock up. I also use their Jelly Cream, pink serum and a zero pore face wash. I do not have acne prone skin and my face does seem to be dryer in the winter months and these products do NOT make my skin feel dry. Looking forward to trying additional products from this brand.

If you're familiar at all with microneedling, this is the same idea. There are little spicy led (to y dissolving needles) in this serum that make micro channels in your skin to allow products to penetrate more deeply. It also has three gentle chemical exfoliants to smooth and brighten skin. It's a fairly thick, non-sticky serum, and it prickles quite a bit when you massage it in. I bought this on a whim and found out later that this is NOT "beginner strength". A starter serum would be a 100 ppm level. 2000 is definitely more intense and I do get some irritation immediately afterward. I own a professional grade microneedling machine, but between setting it up and sterilizing, it just feels like more of a project than I want to do for shallow, frequent needling. This serum is a nice shortcut and really, really speeds up the results I see from other products, and I use it roughly o CD a week.

I only heard about this product because I kept seeing ads for another brand named Musely. In those ads, it showed a woman with similar acne dark spots and scarring and the after photos which seemed fake. They were not fake. After looking at the reviews, then researching online, I saw that the one ingredient in it that seemed to be doing the major work to break up discoloration and help collagen increase is called "Exosomes" and since I already had the other ingredients in the Musely brand already (hyaluronic, etc.) I decided to look for just the exosomes, add that to my regime and pray it worked. The reviews on this brand, "Medicube" were excellent, and the product was extremely affordable, so I bought my first bottle just two weeks ago. After double cleansing, I tone with Micellar water, then wearing gloves, I use the Dermastamp and press hard (ouch yes but worth it!), slightly rocking the needles so that the channels are wide enough to absorb the product well. Then I rub on the Medicube Exosome shot serum, then layer a thick layer on of Genuine Black & White Color Correction Skin Tone Cream and go to bed. I've been doing this for two weeks now, in the hopes of removing all of the hyperpigmentation all over my face, which came from years of acne scars. IT IS A MIRACLE! Before using the exosomes, it was slowly...slowly..fading the dark marks. Now, they are after just 2 weeks, about 35% gone. The large pores are diminishing too - I honestly thought that clear, smooth skin was for "other" people, never me. This product has given me so much hope. The results are real and I cannot wait to see how things go 3 - 6 months from now. You have to be consisent thought, do this daily and I also use Black Girl Sunscreen - it is sheer, and has no bad ingredients which I want to avoid. Once the dark marks are gone, I'll stop using the tone cream, and use the exosomes / Dermastamp to enhance my normal serums going forward.

This is a great serum, I was kind of afraid of trying it at first since I bought the higher level version at 7500 and reading reviews saying that it hurt to put on but once I did try it I was very happily surprised.My skin had a glow to it after application and there was no pain when applying. I rubbed it on my face, cheek to check then forehead then patted it on my face to absorb better and it was more like a very light tingly feeling but only when I patted the spot I was applying the serum to.This isn’t sticky on my skin, there isn’t a scent to it and it’s not painful, it’s also very light weight and comes out of the pump looking like a thin see though gel looking serum so this is one I use first before my pdrn collagen serum or any of my other Medicube serums because this EXO serum seems to be the lightest and very helpful to your skin and pores.This 7500 EXO feels very hydrating as well, I put it on and took a nap and when I woke it felt like a moisturizer on my face but didn’t rub of onto my pillows as it went into my skin, I touched my face and could still feel the very light tingle ( I can’t think of a different name then tingle but it’s more like when you pat or rub it into your face you can feel a light sensation on you face, it’s quite pleasant though.)I am so glad I didn’t purchase the 2000 version because the 7500 it just perfect.You can feel it’s on your face but no pain, I also made sure to use the booster pro age-r on shot mode and used the pore toner pads before.I have sensitive skin and this didn’t bother my face but if you have extremely sensitive skin then maybe try the 2000 first. It really depends on your skin. Personally I wouldn’t waste on the 2000 and just buy the 7500 because it is so light feeling even though you can still feel it, it kinda feels nice when applying.This doesn’t pill on your face if you want to use the booster mode after or apply another serum over it.I used the salmon pdrn serum on booster mode after I waited about 30 minutes for the pore shot serum to dry, I then used the booster mode after for the pore shot by putting it on level 2 and moving it up towards my forehead and still no pain,.Then used the salmon pdrn serum ( highly recommend! ) over it, finishing the 5 min for booster mode and had a lovely glow with pink cheeks.I wish I tried this exosome spicule shot a long time ago, it’s lovely and not painful but you can feel and tell it’s working on your face.I finished with the cooling jelly moisturizer and a collagen liquid mask once the 2 ( patted on my face by hand ) layers of moisturizer had dried.The next day my face felt and looked great with a nice glow to it and a glasssy finish which I absolutely love about the Medicube products, they due all work and makes your face look younger, also helps get rid of fine lines.This serum is an amazing product to start with after applying the toner pad and if you have a shot mode appliance by Medicube make sure to due that first ( before toner ) because it opens your pores and helps the serum penetrate deeper as does the booster mode, it helps your products go deeper into your skin and also helps the serums dry faster as they penetrate your skin deeper, saves time when you’re doing your night routine and is now a staple for me each night.Great skincare products! I love Medicube products and they actually work as well at a great price point compared to other brands.I always update my reviews if something changes, so if my opinion changes about this product I will be updating.For now I can’t wait to try the salmon pdrn EXO shot next!

UPDATE 2.14.25:I really really like this stuff. No it isn't the only new thing I've been tinkering with, but it is the only new active I've thrown into my routine. Aside from playing around with some Eight Saints cleanser & scrub, this was about it. I've been using this every other day and rotating it with my tretinoin (I think I even used them on the same night at some point). I use it with my cos de serums vit c & niacinamide (carried in a base HA serum).Your skin will feel smoother than it has ever felt, you'll touch it in the shower after you wash your cleanser away and wonder whose skin you're touching. I'm not kidding. After using it last night and cleansing this morning in the shower, I got out and applied my simple HA serum with a drop each of niacinamide & vit c. Let those soak in while I messed with my hair stuff. I could see shininess on my skin in the mirror. Since I'm a very oily skinned person, I assumed it was oil already from my serums. I was wrong. There was no oil, it was smooth, "dry", shiny glass skin... not "flawless" skin mind you (I have sun damage, sebaceous hyperplasia, and hyperpigmentation from being a Sun Goddess when younger), but clean glowy glass oil-free skin. I was astonished. Texture of my skin has never felt like this.I plan to amp this up and try VT's Reedle shot once I'm done with this bottle and add my serums to that for increased absorption. But as far as this "hydrolyzed sponge" bio-microneedle ingredient stuff goes... very very cool. As someone who has done lots of medical microneedling at home with Dr. Pen, this is an awesome alternative or in between sessions way of maintaining effective skincare ingredient absorption.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Used it for the first time the day I got it. I also routinely use Rx tretinoin cream & Paula's Choice BHA liquid and Mandelic Acid/Lactic Acid liquid. Of course I didn't use any of those when I wore this in the evening after doing an LED mask red light session. Based on other reviews (and b/c I've never used a PHA) I was very apprehensive about the potential "needle" sensation from the spica(?)... ummm, it was like nothing for me, I was actually a little disappointed. I was bracing myself for something worse than microneedling. This did not feel anything close to that. Yes, there were some tingles & prickles here and there, but I've applied 8-10% liquid AHAs to my face before that were WAY more stinging/burning than this was. I'm excited to keep using this item and see how things improve. I plan to adhere to the suggested q3 days and rotate it with my tretinoin.***The ONLY reason I think my skin is ok with this item from Medicube (I'm still new to their products & dipping my toes after being solely a Cos de Baha, CeraVe, & PC user) is that this is one of the FEW items they have that seems to NOT contain FRAGRANCE! Kudos Medicube... if only all of your products were like that, b/c unfortunately, as much as I wanted to keep the collagen cream, the fragrance was so strong on my face at night that my eyes were burning/stinging from the "fumes" by morning... no bueno Medicube - get the perfume out of your products please!***
