This is the best toner I have used so far I have bought milky toners for my dry skin and this one works the best at hydrating and leaving the perfect non stick canvas for skincare! I thought the itk milky toner was my favorite but I was wrong this one is the best. I waited and got it on prime day bc of the sale and I’m so happy I did. It hydrates my face so well I don’t even really need anything else. It is a pretty purple color with no smell it is a watery consistency. I have used it under my eyes with no irritation and my skin can be sensitive. It is a pretty big bottle I have never bought this name brand before but I’m definitely gonna see what other products they have bc this one is so good?

Y’all, I’ve been using the No.9 toner and let me tell you... I loveeee it! Soaks right into my skin and leaves it feeling fresh and hydrated with just a lil glow. It's not greasy or sticky at all and that's perfect because I sensory issues when it comes to product application. All the good for me ingredients like salmon PDRN, NAD, a whole bunch of peptides, collagen, aloe, turmeric, ceramides... I mean this thing is loaded.My skin can be a little picky, but this didn’t irritate it one bit. It just drinks it right up, and I’m left feeling smooth and hydrated. The description was spot on, and I got it during prime for $14 but for $12 subscribe & save think it’s a no brainer.Usually I don't recommend skincare all Willy Nilly because one size doesn't fit all but this does. I highly recommend it!

I really like this. Its not thick and sticky. I put it in a spray bottle and its my first step.

I mean what hasn’t been said about this amazing product- makes the skin juicy and looks amazing under makeup- it has a luminous finish that’s somehow not a glittery- it’s the best- add it to your skincare shelf

First time trying this product and planning on buying it again. I love how it makes my skin feel soft, glowy and plump. It's lightweight and layers well with the rest of my skin care and makeup.

I love this product so much that I ordered backups. I refill a small spray bottle with it and spritz my face with it after my face is washed. I tap it into my skin and spread it around. It uses less than putting it on a cotton pad. Sometimes I even skip a moisturizer afterward unless I’m going outside and need an SPF lotion.

I've only been using this for almost 2 weeks & I'm already fighting myself on getting a backup. That would be madness bc I still have a full bottle... but i love it that much. I watched a lot of videos about k beauty before buying anything, including videos from dermatologists & Korean pharmacists. I learned alot about pdrn & everything before investing in a bunch of new skin care products. Obviously, this was one i bought on a dermatologists recommendation. She used it herself & her skin was so glowy. The purple color is beautiful & it glows even in the packaging. I don't dump toner in my hand & apply it that way bc I don't want to be wasteful, so I apply this with a cotton pad. I had a retinol burn when I started using this & I'm not sure if this helped or a combo of the new items I've bought, along with this toner... but within 2 days it was like it never happened! This toner gives you such a gorgeous glow. It's like a glow from within. I'm seriously in love. It's hydrating. I have had dull, dry, mature skin. I'll be 40 next year & I neglected my skin for 2 years. I was very sick & pregnant for one then I had a newborn/ infant for the other. So this year my goal has been to try to take better care of my skin. This was a great recommendation to start. I'm already starting to get that glass skin appearance with this & some other products.

I have extremely sensitive skin, PDRN in most products break me out. However, this product doesn’t break me out, gives me moisturized skin and glass skin outcomes.

Loving all the Ni. 9 formulations from this company. This was the first product that I started with paired with the PDRN serum. I credit them with massively helping repair my skin barrier and keep my rosacea prone perimenopausal skin happy. I even use this on my body, arms and legs it’s a very generous size for a decent price. I do sometimes wish the packaging was different like a spray bottle. I end up decanting some of this into a small spray bottle to carry with me and apply more easily during the day great as a toner before other products. But I also use it as a refresher during the day gives me a nice glow.

Really love this product. It gives my skin a nice healthy glow and makes it feel smooth and hydrated. It absorbs quickly and layers well with other products without feeling heavy or sticky. I’ve noticed my skin looks brighter and more even since using it. Definitely a great addition to my routine.

After about 3 weeks of consistent use, at 39, my wrinkles and fine lines are still there, so if you’re expecting strong anti-aging results from this toner, you might be disappointed.What it does do really well is hydration. It leaves my skin looking glowy, plump, and well-moisturized (I have very dry skin). It’s lightweight, not heavy at all, and I can easily layer 2–3 times without any issues. (In the video, you can see the natural glow it leaves; it's not greasy at all, just healthy and hydrated-looking.)No irritation whatsoever, and it layers really well with other products. I’ve been using it with a peptide serum and a ceramide cream, and it fits perfectly into my routine.My only complaint is the packaging: there’s no pump, so dispensing directly from the bottle can be a bit awkward. Also, my box arrived slightly scratched, but the product itself was in perfect condition.Mine didn’t have the glitter-like effect you sometimes see online, but you can notice a slight texture movement when you shake it.Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a simple, hydrating toner for daily (especially morning) use, but not for anti-aging results.

Amazing! I would give this toner 10 stars! This is by far the best toner I’ve ever used! I read reviews about using 3 layers so I tried it. Unbelievable, my skin looked like glass and was bouncy. I will continue to use this amazing toner and I can’t say enough good things about it! Now I might need to purchase several bottle so I can apply it to my body as well!

I'm using it in the evening. It's not irritating to the skin and is really soft. It absorbs quickly and is good without stickiness. I hope it's effective in improving skin elasticity, wrinkle improvement, and moisturizing.

I like this as a toner. It feels cleansing, feels refreshing after going over my face with it. I can’t say I have seen any difference in my skin tone or balance. To be honest it a take it or leave it. It’s good but nothing really stands out. There is nothing that I disliked about it to make me want to not use it. However I will be going back to my original toner just because I didn’t find anything special about this one to make me want to change.

I just finished my second bottle of this and I love it!I was skeptical of the PDRN craze in skincare right now (thanks to Dr. Dray explaining some of the false hype and science around PDRN). But I decided to buy this more for the peptide content than the advertised PDRN.It has a nice light texture with a bit of slip and no added fragrance (I hate the added essential oil fragrance in the Numbuzin Num. 3 toner). It definitely hydrates the skin and adds a nice glow. It also packs a punch of peptides.Its definitely worth the money. Whether or not PDRN is worth the hype, there are a lot of tried-and-true ingredients in here that have proven longterm benefits.

Makes my skin so dewy & lovely ! I’m so glad I listened to the reviews & all the cut following on this one lol !! It has earned a permanent place in my skin care routine . Will definitely buy again & tell others to at least give it a try !! I am so glad that I did !!

I've only been using this a couple days and i love it! First night i used it it gave my skin an instant glow... it's not heavy it dries well with hydration and it makes my face feel like a brand new face...i let it dry a couple minutes then i apply Meditherapy Retinol Skin Booster Serum there is no irritation no stinging no burning using these 2 together...they pair so well together and for my last step i apply Cosrx Ceramide Skin Barrier Moisturizer...i gave 5 stars for the feeling i get after applying it... hopefully it will work with firming and thin lines on my cheek are...i am definitely going to order more ecen it doesn't do anything for my fine lines!

This toner is very good. It does not dry out my skin. I pair it with the serum as my nightly routine. The price point is good.
