So far its working well!I'm multiracial (Native American, Polynesian, European, Asian, and Black) and tan brown skin, and this is starting to work fast on my melasma!I've bought so many products over the years that ranged to $300 a product and it still didn't work on my skin like this DR. Melaxin Tranexamix creme does.I also tried the natural scrubs and it didn't work as well.My skin is beginning to look spot free and its working on the stubborn spots.Since I have sensitive skin, I haven't had an allergic reaction, nor did my face turn red.I have only used this product for less than a week (5 days) and I already see the results.I use this 2x a day, once in the day time and once when I go to sleep.
