1. Cleanse the face and apply toner or serum.
2. Remove the protective film from both mask sections.
3. Place the upper and lower hydrogel sheets evenly over the face.
4. Smooth the mask gently so it adheres closely.
5. Leave it on for approximately 2–3 hours, until the hydrogel becomes transparent.
6. It may also be worn overnight when comfortable.
7. Remove the remaining golden mesh sheet gently.
8. Pat any remaining essence into the skin.
9. Follow with moisturizer when additional moisture is needed.
