I tried the Dr. Melaxin TX Kojic Acid Turmeric Toner Pad and overall I liked it. They are very convenient to use and leave my skin feeling soft and refreshed.After a couple of weeks, I noticed a bit more brightness, although dark spots don’t fade quickly, so you have to be consistent. It didn’t irritate my skin, but if you have very sensitive skin, it might be better to use it less often.The only thing is that I expected faster results, but it still does its job.

I have begun using these toner pads for about 2-3 weeks and I have noticed fading of scars or hyperpigmentation on my sideburn areas behind my cheekbones and that the area that most other products struggle to remove. So the product works as described. I like that it comes with the pads instead of only the bottle like the green bottle one that I have too. This has no odor, the pads are truly orange but won’t make your skin orange, don’t worry. My skin is combination and prone to occasional eczema but I didn’t have any issues or flare ups with this. I love all Dr.Melaxin products. I love to try new beauty trends and makeup. I noticed that I had accumulated so many of Dr. Melaxin products. Although the Ampules are still my favorite- there’s something satisfying about the peeling- this product does what it promises. I think that I am less of a fan of exfoliating, but I still do because my skin needs it.

I ordered these for the kojic acid ingredient. Koji pads are all the talked-about rage at the medspa I visit, and I liked that these included turmeric, which my skin seems to love.These pads are strong/high quality, soft, more textured on one side, and have a faint turmeric scent to them that does dissipate quickly. They don't leave a sticky texture on my skin, meaning I don't immediately feel the need to rinse off all the good active ingredients. While they are orange-toned, they do not leave an orange cast to skin (and with my skin tone, I would notice).I use these about every other night instead of daily, and I never experience any tingling or stinging. That said, every once in a while my skin feels a bit sensitive/more dried out if I've been out in extreme wind, cold, or sun, and I tend to skip acid actives on such days, so I can't speak to any irritation on more-sensitive skin.I'm happy with these and will continue to reorder them; I'm only about 1/3 through this jar and already notice slight brightening of some sun spots and smoother texture.

I tried these for 2 weeks on 3 different skin tone issues...healing acne discoloration, sunspots/freckles, and melasma. The melasma on my forehead is honestly barely visible at this point and doesn't really show well in photos. I have mostly cleared that with bakuchiol.These worked very well for the acne spots, and I feel like they did brighten my skin and minimize the appearance of my pores. I didn't see much improvement on the sunspots or melasma, but as those are deeper skin issues, that may be a time consideration. I just didn't want to wait so long before before and after photos that the acne marks had just healed naturally. I kind of wish I'd have used these on some marks and not others to compare, but they definitely faded faster than they typically do.I am 40 and still get acne pretty much monthly as part of PMS. I also have very fair skin, so any tiny blemish shows terribly. Couple that with my tendency to pick, and I'll use any help I can get.My only complaint is that unless you lay down, it is hard to get these to sit on your face a few minutes like the instructions suggest. Most of the time, I just used them as a wipe as a result. I kind of like the smell too, spicy almost. That's probably the tumeric.A is after and B is before in the photos. I included the melasma forehead one even though you can't really see it.

First of all, it's such a simple thing but I love the packaging of this. All of the toner pads are contained in a round tub and nestled within the lid is a small set of tongs that can be used to extract each toner pad. The lid also closes very tightly so that the pads won't dry out over time.Besides all of that, these pads are super soaked with toner and there's even a little pool of toner at the bottom of my container so that I can turn the container upside down and rehydrate the pads as necessary. Each pad has a slightly smoother side and a slightly more textured side although when I'm actually applying the toner to my face I don't notice a big difference in the way that either side feels on my skin. The toner is formulated to gently brighten and even out the skin tone over time and I don't find that these cause my skin any irritation. After using them, the product leaves a slight tack on my skin but I'm usually following them with moisturizer so that doesn't really bother me.Overall these have been working out really well for me; I find these so convenient and easy to use and I think that a lot of people would also appreciate them.

I’m very pleased with these toner pads!I’ve been using these on a daily basis for a couple of weeks now, and have noticed a difference in the brightness and evenness of my skin. There’s no scent to these pads, and each sheet comes soaked with a lot of product. I’ve previously used (and strayed away) from toner pads due to the lack of product and how dry they can be, but I love that these come really soaked in toner!My skin feels more supple, and I feel like it’s able to hold and absorb my moisturizer better when applying afterwards. I’ve seen less breakouts as well and this has helped keep my skin clear.Thankfully, I have not had any reactions to these toner pads. Sometimes, new skincare products can lead to a “purging” period where I experience a lot of breakouts; not the case with these. Recommend 100% for yourself or as a gift!

This container is a lot bigger than I was expecting it to be. It contains a good amount of toner pads and there is still quite a bit of liquid in the container that can be used to keep the pads moist. I really like that the lid of the container has a place to attach the tweezers. So many don’t and I end up misplacing the tweezers after awhile. The pads themselves don’t make my face feel dry or sensitive. I feel like my dark spots in certain areas have gotten lighter, but I wouldn’t say that this has worked miracles. I still see dark spots, but they’re just a bit softer in my opinion. There are two different sides to these pads. I usually wipe my face with the pad and then I let the pad sit on my really bad dark spots for a bit to make sure that the area gets the treatment. Overall, I’ll keep using these so long as I continue to like the results.
