Orders placed before 4 PM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 business days within the UAE and 3-4 days across GCC countries.

How to use

Preparation: After cleansing and toning, remove the sheet mask from its packaging.
Application: Unfold the mask and apply it evenly over your face, aligning it with your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Duration: Leave the mask on for 10–20 minutes to allow the essence to penetrate the skin.
Removal: Gently remove the mask and discard it.
Absorption: Lightly pat any remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.

Missed Delivery

If you have already missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery partner will contact you either by email or mobile sms to inform you of the missed delivery and will set a new time for another delivery.

Refunds
