Orders placed before 4 PM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 business days within the UAE and 3-4 days across GCC countries.

The TIRTIR PHA 15% Serum is a gentle exfoliating treatment designed to smooth, brighten, and hydrate skin without irritation. Powered by 15% gluconolactone (PHA) and LHA (capryloyl salicylic acid), it gently dissolves dead skin cells while reinforcing the skin barrier using phyto-mucin and squalane, making it ideal for sensitive, dry, or dull skin.

Ingredients

Gluconolactone (PHA, 15%): Mild exfoliant that loosens dead skin cells, hydrates and smooths without irritation.
Capryloyl Salicylic Acid (LHA): Oil-soluble BHA that unclogs pores gently and controls sebum.
Phyto-mucin (plant-based mucin): Strengthens the skin barrier and adds hydration, enhancing resilience.
Squalane: Lightweight oil for deep hydration without heaviness.
Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Fruit Oil: Antioxidant-rich and brightening.
Botanical extracts: Sugarcane, blueberry extract, sugar maple, Hibiscus, lotus, angelica keiskei, etc.: offer antioxidants, soothing, and skin-conditioning.
Adenosine: Anti-aging, smooths fine lines and boosts circulation.

How to use

After cleansing and toning, apply 2–3 drops onto face, avoiding the eye area.
Gently pat until absorbed, then follow with your moisturizer.
Use in the evening to start: begin 2–3× per week and gradually increase to nightly based on tolerance.
Always apply sunscreen the next day

Missed Delivery
If there is a chance you will not be home to receive your order, contact our Customer Care team at +971569975654 to reschedule delivery. If you have already missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery partner will contact you either by email or mobile sms to inform you of the missed delivery and will set a new time for another delivery.

Refunds
